LAHAINA – At a recent meeting of the Rotary Club of Lahaina Sunset, Vanessa Moreno was inducted as the 31st member of the club.

She was inducted into the club by Assistant District Governor Marti Wukelic and sponsored by Ryan Beenken.

Moreno is the branch manager for American Savings Bank in Lahaina. She takes special interest in the growth of her employees and customers by uncovering their passions and guiding them to fruition by utilizing her financial experience and the resources of the bank.

Her next pursuit is growth within the community. This year, she is organizing Seeds of Service, an annual volunteer effort that creates service opportunities focused on education, strengthening families and fostering innovation and entrepreneurship.

After lending a helping hand, she spends her free time actively exploring – hiking, diving and eating are some favorites!

Vanessa stated, “I am excited to join this vibrant club and help serve our community!”
