LAHAINA – Kristen Levitt, director of Project Partner, will be the speaker at the Rotary Club of Lahaina Sunset on Tuesday, Aug. 7.

The meeting will be held at the Royal Ocean Terrace Restaurant at the Royal Lahaina Resort from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

Levitt’s presentation, “Five Steps to Building Successful Cross-Cultural Relationships,” will feature information about the program she manages based on her ten-plus years of work in China and around the world.

Levitt has directed the Project Partner organization for 11 years, leading more than 25 service trips to China and serving more than 1.1 million people in rural China.

A member of the Rotary Club of Maui, she believes in the value of helping her community here.

In her free time, she enjoys hiking, photography and outrigger canoe racing for Kihei Canoe Club.
