LAHAINA – Lahaina Cannery Mall will kickoff March with a Kendama Jam organized by Maui Toy Works on Saturday, March 8, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The event is organized by Robert Loera, owner of Maui Toy Works at the mall, which sells a wide variety of Kendama products. The tournament is open to ages four and older, as contestants compete in different age divisions in an elimination-style competition. The family friendly event will feature over $500 in prizes.

Advanced registration is recommended; pre-registration will be held at Maui Toy Works on March 1 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. There is a $5 entry fee. Contact Maui Toy Works at 661-4766 or loerar001@gmail.com.
