WAILUKU – BeneFIT Imua will bring together Maui fitness gurus to offer six straight hours of rockin’ dance fitness workouts – all to benefit children living with disabilities, special needs and developmental delays right here on the Valley Isle.

The event will take place at Pu’u Kukui Elementary School at 3700 Kehalani Mauka Parkway in Wailuku on Saturday, Jan. 4, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

If you’re looking to fulfill a fitness-related resolution for the New Year, trying to shed extra holiday pounds or just want to try some new exercise routines while having a blast, BeneFIT Imua is where you need to be!

Start off the New Year right with special guest instructors, including Rayo McPhee (Zumba), Kelley McCarthy Cerny (Zumba), Keoni Manuel (Zumba), David Ward (Dancercise), Michele Austin (Bollywood) and Haley Callahan (Turbo Kick) at the inaugural run of BeneFIT Imua.

Registration is $35. All registered participants will receive sponsorship pledge forms to ask friends, families and neighbors to join them in the cause.

Whether it’s an extra $5 or $50, every donation helps. Prizes await the top pledge-earners, including a one-night Maui “Staycation” at Kaanapali Beach Hotel (Saturday night room accommodations with brunch for two at the Sunday Brunch).
