WAIKAPU – A “Hiring Our Heroes Veterans Event” is set for Thursday, June 14, from 3 to 7 p.m. at King Kamehameha Golf Club.

This free hiring fair is for veteran job seekers, active duty military members, Guard and Reserve members, and military and veteran spouses.

The event is being conducted by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s “Hiring Our Heroes” Program and is cosponsored locally by the Maui Chamber of Commerce, U.S. Department of Labor Veterans’ Employment and Training Service (DOL VETS), Workforce Development Division Worksource Maui, Office of Veteran Services, Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), and the United States Army Reserve.
