School to present May Day Ho‘ike

LAHAINA – King Kamehameha III School will present its annual May Day Ho’ike on Friday, May 18, at 8:30 a.m. on the K-2 Playground.

Each grade level will share a musical selection for the audience.

The students who will represent the king and queen at this year’s festivities are King Cheysen Cabuyadao-Sipe and Queen Marley Calapini.

The Royal Court representatives are Princesses Kaylynn Acevedo-Okafuji, Evin Blanco, Karen Cardenas Ayala, Seraya Casco, Jean Marie Ganoy, Jaela Naha, Citlaly Ramirez and Grace Takemoto; and Princes Ramon Cedillo, Stewart Freeman, Abraham Garcia-Beteran, Tyler Goodwin, John Rinen, Alonzo Sabino, Isikeli Tafea and Miki Winter Tufuga.

Other court representatives include Kalea Acevedo Silva, Ian Archer, Jaiden Duby, Ofeinahelotu Filikitonga, Hao Anh Ha, Kali Jones, Tristan Kasprzycki, Napuaokalani La’a, Hannah Long, Jonas Marcial, Joshua McCoy, Daisy Miranda, Trayton Mizuno, Kaohulani Palakiko, Matt Ryan Ramelb, Shana Ratliff and Ian Torres Eschenwald.

The mistresses of ceremonies will be Rebecca Geng and Emma Keeton.
