LHS Ag Program to hold work day
LAHAINA – Lahainaluna High School’s Agriculture Program will hold an Ag Work Day on Saturday, April 28, from 8 a.m. to noon at the school’s Agriculture Facility/School Farm.
With help from Community Work Day Maui and the county Department of Water Supply, students and teachers in the program will continue to improve the school’s agriculture lab.
Volunteers from the Lahaina community and businesses are sought. Drinking water and tools will be provided. Volunteers should bring a refillable water bottle, gloves, hat, sunscreen and covered toe shoes. Call Keith Ideoka at 662-4000, extension 293.
See ‘What in the World Are They Spraying?’
LAHAINA – The public is invited to a free screening of “What in the World Are They Spraying?”, a documentary on “chemtrails,” on Wednesday, April 18, at 5:30 p.m. at Lahaina Civic Center.
Producer Michael Murphy will be present to answer questions.
