LAHAINA – A free workshop, “Increasing Life with Dr. Russ Newman,” is slated for Sunday, March 18, from noon to 2 p.m. at Body in Balance.

Dr. Newman will discuss rejuvenation, vitalizing cells, normalizing blood and lymphatic flow, reducing excess cortisol and weight reduction.

He will share techniques and results he’s experienced with both professionals and lay people to gain relief from pain, joint stiffness, insomnia, depression and high blood pressure.

Free demonstrations of the Amethyst Bio-Mat will be available to everyone attending.

Dr. Newman is a holistic doctor of preventative medicine and certified lymphologist.
