‘Powerful Tools for Caregivers’ classes set
LAHAINA – Do you care for a parent, spouse, friend or someone living with you, in a care facility or elsewhere?
If so, the “Powerful Tools for Caregivers” class can help you reduce stress, improve self-confidence, communicate feelings better, balance your life, increase your ability to make tough decisions and locate helpful resources.
Classes consist of six sessions held once a week led by two experienced class leaders. Interactive lessons, discussions and brainstorming will help you take the “tools” you choose and put them into action for your life.
“Powerful Tools for Caregivers” is offered at no cost, but class size is limited. Preregistration is required.
