LAHAINA – Deidre Tegarden, Gov. Neil Abercrombie’s representative for Maui County, will be the guest speaker on Thursday, Dec. 15, at the Lahaina Rotary Club’s weekly luncheon.

The club meets from noon to 1 p.m. at the Ocean Terrace Restaurant at the Royal Lahaina Resort in Kaanapali.
