KAHULUI – The state Department of Transportation invites the general public and all interested parties to a public informational meeting regarding the Kahului Airport Master Plan Update and Noise Compatibility Program.

The meeting will be held at Kaunoa Senior Center in Spreckelsville on Thursday, Nov. 3, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

The purpose of the plan update is to assess the capacity of existing facilities and determine if they are adequate to meet projected future demands. The Kahului Airport Noise Compatibility Program explores non-compatible land uses.
