Maui Children & Youth Day set
KIHEI – The public is invited to celebrate Maui Children & Youth Day on Saturday, Oct. 15, from 3 to 8 p.m. at the Kenolio Recreation Complex on South Kihei Road. Admission is free.
Families will enjoy an exciting day chock full of fun, hands-on activities for keiki from pre-kindergarten through middle school, ono food and entertainment by Cub Scouts Pack 55, Maui Taiko Drummers, Louise Alborano (emcee), Kamehameha Schools Ukulele Group and Aunty Doll Aricayos and her haumana.
Goodie bags will be given to the first 600 keiki to register at the event, and the first 600 youth who complete the treasure hunt game will receive a free hot dog, McDonald’s Apple Dippers and POG.
