PAUKUKALO — The Paukukalo Hawaiian Homes Community Association will celebrate the 140th birthday of Prince Jonah Kuhio Kalanianaole on Saturday, April 2, beginning at 8:30 a.m. in the Paukukalo Hawaiian Homes Park.

The festivities will begin with a procession led by civic groups and community leaders presenting hookupu (offerings) to the Prince. Guest speakers will be Mayor Alan Arakawa, State Sen. Shan Tsutsui and Department of Hawaiian Home Lands Director Alapaki Nahale-a.

There will be continuous entertainment, door prizes, food, crafts and informational booths.
