LAHAINA — A benefit for Kasey Eddy will be held at Lulu’s Lahaina Surf Club & Grill at Lahaina Cannery Mall on Friday, Oct. 29.

From 9 to 11 p.m., there will be a silent auction and music by Indio and Avi (acoustic guitar duo) and the band Kulewa.

From 11 p.m. to 2 a.m., there will be a lingerie fashion show by Honey Girl Intimates and then music by DJ N8.

A friend explained, “Our good friend Kasey has developed a serious blood disorder. Her bone marrow is not making an adequate amount of blood for her body. Kasey has had several blood transfusions, two bone marrow biopsies and every other test known to man.

“There still is no diagnosis, but the tests are leading doctors to believe it is an auto-immune disease. We are asking for everyone’s support by giving to Kasey’s cause, so we can get her through this tough time.”

Since it’s the Friday before Halloween, and Eddy needs blood, the benefit’s theme is a Vampire Ball. Dress in your best vampire attire and join the party!

Selling for $10, pre-sale tickets are available at the Napili Coffee Shop and Lulu’s in Lahaina. The pre-sale tickets will be good for one raffle ticket.

Tickets will be sold at the door the night of the event for $12. Come early and don’t miss out on all the good prizes!

Donations are sought for the silent auction, including restaurant gift certificates, hotel or condo stays, jewelry, clothing and outdoor activities.
