LAHAINA — The first Obon Dance of the season will be held at Lahaina Shingon Mission on Saturday, June 5.

A service will be held at 6:30 p.m., followed by the dance at 7:30 p.m. at the 862 Luakini St. mission.

The event will feature a mini-bazaar with sushi, baked goods, pickled mangos and nishime, and food concessions with chow fun, mini-teriyaki meat plates, chili and rice, Spam musubi, shave ice and cold drinks.
