KAHULUI — The public is invited to a free showing of the feature-length documentary “Brother Outsider” on Friday, April 30, at 7 p.m. in University of Hawaii Maui College Ka Lama 103. 

The film focuses on the life and work of Bayard Rustin, a master strategist and tireless worker for peace, racial equality, economic justice and human rights in the Civil Rights Movement.
