Celebrate Earth Day

Deborah Belle of Kahana recently won a 50-inch Panasonic TV and Blue Ray player in a customer appreciation drawing from 5A Rent-A-Space. Belle, who was randomly selected from a list of customers who recently referred 5A services, said the prize not only made her day, but her whole year.
In honor of Earth Day on Thursday, April 22, O’o Farm in Kula will be open to the public and free for one day only!
Visit from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for complimentary tours on the hour and a chance to see organic farming methods. Bring questions, wear comfortable shoes and dress warmly.

At ‘Aina Gourmet Market in Honua Kai Resort & Spa in Honokowai, join Chef James McDonald for a free cooking demonstration utilizing all local ingredients at 3 p.m. Taste organic wines at 4 p.m. for $10 per person. Learn about what makes wines “organic” and sample the differences.
