NAPILI — Maui Preparatory Academy announced new tuition rates and a multi-option schedule for preschool for the 2010-11 school year. 

Preschool families can choose from three options for Monday through Friday: 8 a.m. to noon ($6,800), 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. ($8,800), or 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ($11,000). 

Preschool is open for children ages three and four; children must be toilet trained. 

The preschool program includes art, music, drama, physical education and basic education preparation.  

MPA’s preschool staff includes a director, full-time teacher and one aide. The student to teacher ratio is currently 7:1.  

A sibling discount is also available for families with more than one student who attend Maui Prep.     

MPA is West Maui’s only fully accredited independent college preparatory school for preschool through 12th grade serving students of all economic backgrounds and diverse cultures.
