9th Life Hawaii to hold clinic

By Staff | Jan 21, 2010

9th Life Hawaii — Maui’s only nonprofit, no kill Cat Rescue and Sanctuary — will hold a Cat Spay/Neuter Clinic on Jan. 30-31 and Feb. 3-4.

The group has already sterilized over 2,300 cats since it began the program. Volunteers hope to double that number in 2010.

Transportation will be provided from the West Side to the 9th Life sanctuary on Jan. 30.

Sterilizations will be performed in the group’s surgery room by a licensed Hawaii veterinarian. 9th Life Hawaii asks for a minimum donation of $35 per cat, but if this is a hardship, the group will sterilize the cat for free.

Call 573-3365 and follow instructions.
