Maui Prep students to hold fund-raiser

LAHAINA — On Saturday, Nov. 14, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Lahaina Gateway shopping center, the eighth grade students of Maui Preparatory Academy will hold a car wash fund-raiser to raise money for their big trip to Boston and New York.

The price is $5 for cars and $10 for trucks and SUVs.

There will also be ono baked goods and treats for sale by Maui Prep’s Country Kitchen, a book fair at Barnes and Noble, $15 keiki haircuts by Mini, special discounts offered by David’s Happy Nails and Passions Bloom, and other merchant promotions.
