Born and raised in Hawaii, Bruce Conching is now bringing his personal development seminars to Maui.

For over 25 years, Conching has been involved in the personal growth and coaching industry.

The seminar series, called Ike Pono Vision Quest, operates from the context of love and respect (aloha). The workshops are designed to inspire and teach individuals to live in congruence, thus creating leadership of self. 

He provides the tools to discover self-empowerment, self-confidence and self-esteem with compassion and kindness. Participants take responsibility to make desired changes.

Johnelle Conching, the founding partner of Ike Pono Vision Quest Hawaii, said, “Our goal of bringing these seminars to Maui is to empower people, without it being a financial hardship. We know times are harder for some, and we truly hope this will help others through these times.
