Khloella’s Garden at Lahaina Gateway will host free pet photos with Santa on Dec. 16. Owned and operated by West Maui resident Karri Ayasanonda, along with her doggy sidekick Khloe, the store represents a fusion of her love for decorating and the great outdoors.

LAHAINA — This holiday season, Khloella’s Garden is bringing festive cheer to Lahaina’s pet owners with a special event that promises to capture the spirit of the holidays. On Saturday, Dec. 16, the community is cordially invited to join the celebration at the cozy garden store located in Lahaina Gateway Shopping Center off Keawe Street.

From 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., guests can capture the holiday magic with their furry friends by taking pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus. The backdrop for the photos will be a professionally decorated holiday setting, ensuring each photo is merry and bright.

As a token of holiday giving, each attendee will receive a gift certificate to print one free 4” x 6″ photo from their phone at the Walgreen’s photo center in Lahaina. This keepsake can adorn holiday cards or be gifted to loved ones.

“Christmas is a time for giving, and what better way to spread joy than sharing a moment with our beloved pets and supporting the Maui Humane Society,” said Karri Ayasanonda, owner of Khloella’s Garden.

In the spirit of the season, Khloella’s Garden will be accepting donations of clean towels for Maui Humane Society throughout the event. Moreover, 10 percent of the day’s sales from all pet-inspired gifts and décor will be donated to support Maui Humane Society’s efforts.
