Located at the intersection of Keawe Street and Honoapiiliani Highway, Lahaina Gateway includes over 137,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.
LAHAINA — West Maui’s largest open-air shopping center, Lahaina Gateway announces new and upcoming tenants added to its roster, bringing more specialty retailers to the growing West Maui community starting this November through fall 2023.
Coming soon to Lahaina Gateway, including first-to-Maui retailers, are:
Blue Hawaii Spa & Reflexology – Opening its first location on Maui, this 739-square-foot day spa is operated by an experienced massage therapist who previously worked at West Maui resorts. Services are focused on relaxation and rejuvenation, and include a variety of massage therapies, facials and personal care treatments. Launched last month, the spa is located near Ross Dress for Less and Mahina Lahaina.
Maui Powerhouse Gym – The 13,922-square-foot, full-service fitness center will be located above Ace Hardware and will span the entire second level with visibility to Honoapiilani Highway. The community gym’s new location will serve both residents and visitors seeking favorable access to a health and wellness facility in West Maui. Scheduled to open in fall 2023, this marks the second Maui Powerhouse Gym on the island.
O’Reilly Auto Parts – This American auto parts retailer is expanding to West Maui with a location at Lahaina Gateway, their third store on Maui. The expansive 7,316-square-foot space is scheduled to open winter 2022 and will be located near Spectrum.
Maui Bubble Tea – Another first on Maui, this bubble tea concept is introduced by the same owner of the successful SoDo Poke in Seattle. The 671-square-foot space is scheduled to open in winter 2022 and will be located near Blue Hawaii Spa & Reflexology.
Compass – Known as the country’s largest independent real estate brokerage, Compass is relocating their Lahaina branch to Lahaina Gateway with a 1,400-square-foot office for a more convenient and easily accessible location. Opening winter 2022, the new office will be located near the County of Maui DMV and Moku Roots.
Khloella’s Garden – Debuting on Maui, the new outdoor home decor and furnishings store encourages residents to create comfortable spaces in their homes while complementing the island lifestyle. Located near Island Cream Co., the 1,400-square-foot store is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2023.
Pieology – Opening its first location on Maui in the summer of 2023, Pieology has been making waves across the country with its custom pizzas made with freshly made dough and sauce. The 2,267-square-foot restaurant will be located near Ace Hardware.
Auntie Snorkel – This locally-owned and family-operated snorkel and beach gear shop is expanding to West Maui in January 2023. In addition to rental gear, guests will be able to book island adventures and activities, including luaus, helicopter tours, dinner cruises, and snorkel/sailing excursions. Auntie Snorkel will open its 1,200-square-foot residence between O’Reilly and Teddy’s Bigger Burgers.
“We’re elated to bring nationally recognized brands to Lahaina as well as first-to-Maui merchants offering distinctive products, services and experiences for our guests,” said Diana Whitt, general manager/vice president property manager for the Festival Companies, the management and leasing agent for Lahaina Gateway.
“The response from our new tenants has been incredible, and they’re looking forward to serving the residents and visitors of West Maui.”
