LAHAINA — Award-winning Moku Roots restaurant at Lahaina Gateway has launched dinner service, Sunday brunch and live music.

The zero-waste vegan restaurant welcomes guests to experience dinner Monday through Saturday from 5 to 8 p.m.

New specialty items will be introduced each week — for example, a portobello steak with broccoli and Italian roasted potatoes, zucchini noodle lasagna with butternut squash and basil ricotta, Buffalo chickpea enchiladas and on Fridays, pizza night!

Sunday Brunch is served from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. featuring a variety of unique dishes.

Cocktails are also available all day. In addition, Moku Roots is also offering Happy Hour Monday to Saturday from 3 to 5 p.m. featuring $4 beer, $5 wine by the glass and $3 off cocktails.

The one-of-a-kind menu also features Sweet Potato Sliders, Smoked Papaya “lox” on toast and a mini BBQ banana peel quesadilla for $7 each.

Guests can also enjoy live music Fridays and Saturdays from 5 to 7 p.m.
