Coldwell Banker Island Properties introduces managing directors of Kapalua and Kaanapali
KAPALUA — Coldwell Banker Island Properties is pleased to announce Chris and Peggy Lyn Speicher as managing directors of Kapalua and Kaanapali. Together, they will oversee the organization’s business development and sales operations for West Maui, as well as growth of affiliated businesses.
In his role, Chris will be responsible for growing real estate sales, the expansion of affiliated businesses, and development of Coldwell Banker Island Vacations and Coldwell Banker long-term property management.
Active in the real estate industry at a national level, Chris serves as a founding member of Zillow Group’s Agent Advisory Board, speaks frequently at industry conferences and successfully invests in real estate technology companies. His previous roles include being on the board of Bright MLS, an internet marketing advisor to Tom Ferry, and extensive work in global sales and marketing with organizations such as Black & Decker, Thomson Reuters, and Microsoft.
With more than 30 years of real estate experience and over 500 sales, Peggy Lyn will be responsible for growing real estate sales, recruiting, office management and the development of ancillary services.
Passionate about the development of Realtors and women in business, she received the ATHENA Award, presented to individuals who are recognized for providing valuable service to their community and actively assisting women in their attainment of professional excellence and leadership skills.
Previously, she served on the Board of Directors of Success in Style and Charity’s Closet.
In 2010, Chris and Peggy Lyn founded the Speicher Group, a real estate team that operates in Maui, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C. Last year, the Speicher Group closed almost $150,000,000 in sales volume from nearly 300 transactions.
