Prominently located on Front Street in Lahaina and featuring sweeping ocean views, Waikiki Brewing Company opened its doors on July 11.

LAHAINA – Just as restaurants are allowed to again operate with full dine-in service, Outlets of Maui announced that its food and beverage roster has expanded with the highly anticipated opening of Waikiki Brewing Company.

Featuring panoramic ocean views, the 3,940-square-foot restaurant opened on July 11 to enthusiastic guests amid careful compliance to Maui County restaurant dining guidelines focused on maintaining the health and well-being of island residents and guests.

According to CoastWood Capital Group President Cordell Lietz, adding Waikiki Brewing Company to Outlets of Maui’s tenant lineup marks only the beginning of an exciting Front Street transformation at the property.

“The grand opening of Waikiki Brewing Company illustrates our vision to reimagine Outlets of Maui’s famed Front Street offering – one that is now being realized to create a dynamic destination, coupled with a taste of island culture, for our visitors to explore and enjoy,” he commented.

“We wish tremendous success to Waikiki Brewing Company as we continue our work to bring new experiences to world famous Front Street.”

Waikiki Brewing Company will offer “Meet the Brewer” get togethers and intimate brewery tour experiences.

In addition to full brunch, lunch and dinner menus, Waikiki Brewing Company, from the owners of Cheeseburger in Paradise, will offer guests a well-managed drinking and dining venue that pays careful attention to CDC and WHO best practice protocols for the safety of guests in the next phase of the COVID-19 pandemic; a signature, handmade craft beer selection ranging from crisp blondes to robust porters, plus seasonal and limited release varieties; and take-out options, including growlers and packaged beer.

“Along with our team of expert brewers, Waikiki Brewing Company is delighted to begin operations at Outlets of Maui, where our plans not only include the expansion of our barrel aging program but launching a sour beer program, as well,” said Executive Vice President Robert Kaskie.

“As our brewers have an array of excellent new beers in their pipeline, pairing these new varieties with the unparalleled waterfront views at our Outlets of Maui location is going to be a truly incredible experience.”
