LAHAINA – Peake & Levoy, a commercial real estate services company, recently secured the new management contract of the historic Wharf Cinema Center.

The new relationship brings Peake & Levoy’s total square footage under management to 1,554,160 square feet (1,315,000 building and 239,160 leased yard space) with more than 75 clients in Maui.

With this new contract, and per the statistics stated in Pacific Business News, Peake & Levoy is the largest Maui and outer island commercial property management company.

Located on Front Street across from Banyan Tree Park, The Wharf Cinema Center offers 56,010 square feet of commercial space.

It features more than 35 apparel, jewelry, gifts and specialty shops, and eight restaurants, including Amigo’s, Breakwall Shave Ice Co., Cool Cat Cafe, Down the Hatch, Maui Island Coffee, Pho Saigon 808, and Tiki Tiki Thai Cuisine 2.

The shops and restaurants are built around an open-air courtyard featuring a tropical garden and koi pond.
