Duke’s Beach House awards staff at Princess Nahi‘ena‘ena Elementary School
KAANAPALI – Duke’s Beach House recently recognized Graham Seiki, Michael Arcangel and Lesmond Asuela of Princess Nahi’ena’ena Elementary School as Educator of the Month for August, September and October, respectively.
Seiki was honored for working tirelessly behind the scenes to meet the technology needs of both students and staff.
As coordinator of the Technology Department, his leadership supports the entire school. Seiki provides school-wide technical assistance with expertise, extraordinary patience and a friendly smile.
School Custodian Arcangel was awarded the September Educator of the Month Award for going above and beyond to help everyone on campus.
He was acknowledged for taking pride in his work, being helpful to everyone and exemplifying the aloha spirit.
School Security Attendant Asuela is one of the newest staff members at Princess Nahi’ena’ena Elementary School, but he has already made a difference on campus.
“Uncle Les” ensures the safety and security of the campus while interacting positively with students, staff and visitors.
He was recognized for his enthusiasm, professionalism, dedication and pride in his work.
“We are so proud to be able to celebrate the dedication and hard work of the staff at Princess Nahi’ena’ena Elementary School,” said Nick Ware, Duke’s Beach House general manager.
“Through various events throughout the year, we have been able to grow our partnership with this school, and I can’t say enough about their amazing staff.”
Seiki, Arcangel and Asuela were presented with engraved koa boxes and a $100 gift certificates to Duke’s Beach House as recipients of the award.
