Bistra Nesheva recognized as top employee of the second quarter
KAANAPALI – Each quarter, employees of the Whaler on Kaanapali Beach AOAO nominate fellow team members to be recognized for their hard work and dedication, and vote for a winner deserving special recognition.
Bistra Nesheva, senior administrative assistant at the AOAO office, was recognized by her peers for a job well done by being named Employee of the Second Quarter for 2019.
She has been employed by the Whaler for less than a year and is already making a difference.
Nesheva was born and raised in Bulgaria, a beautiful country in Eastern Europe.
She earned an engineering degree and has an interest in digital art.
During her travels, she recognized the Hawaiian Islands as a place she would enjoy exploring and living.
Nesheva moved to Maui more than two years ago. She loves spending time doing outdoor activities such as hiking, snorkeling, biking or just enjoying the beauty of the aina.
Her coworkers recognized her as being “highly dedicated to her job and assisting other departments.”
A coworker commented, “There is no day that I have not seen her smile; she is the spirit of aloha.”
Nesheva was also recognized for being hard-working.
Congratulations to Nesheva for earning the recognition award.
