James Kudlich is now one of four candidates eligible for the 2018 Employee of the Year Recognition Award.

KAANAPALI – Each quarter, employees of the Whaler on Kaanapali Beach AOAO nominate fellow team members to be recognized for their hard work and dedication and vote for a winner deserving of special recognition.

James Kudlich, security officer, was recognized by peers for a job well done. He has been employed at the Whaler for almost two years.

Kudlich was born and raised on the West Side and graduated from Lahainaluna High School.

As a security officer, he makes sure owners and guests enjoy their time at The Whaler.

His colleagues shared, “James is one of the best coworkers I’ve ever worked with… he is always there to assist every single time. Great team player and always ready to help.”
