Kimberly Craven Johnston of Ridge Realty Rentals was recently awarded the first-ever REZY Award. 

LAHAINA – Ridge Realty Rentals announced that Kimberly Craven Johnston, the company’s digital marketing and website manager, was awarded the first-ever REZY Award at the fourth annual LIVE REZ conference held Oct. 9-12 in Scottsdale, AZ.

Tracy Lotz, president and CEO of LIVE REZ, presented Johnston with a crystal sculpture commemorating Johnston’s over 500 hours of work in producing Ridge Realty Rentals’ new online website (www.KapaluaVacations.com).

LIVE REZ is a world leader in professional vacation rental manager software. The company offers cloud-based integrated solutions for reservation and property management, online booking, trust accounting, CRM, housekeeping and maintenance.

Ridge Realty Rentals, established in 1983, is one of Maui’s oldest solely owned family real estate, vacation rental and property management companies.

Johnston is the granddaughter of Jack and Johnny Nowell, founders of the company, and she represents the third generation of family continuing the tradition of guest services/real estate sales on the West Side.

Her mother, Terry Craven, principal broker/owner; aunt Diane Loughland, R(S)/owner; and brother Jess Craven currently manage vacation rentals and property sales from their Kahana office.

Kimberly, a recent Army wife and mother of two young children, received her bachelor’s degree at the University of Hawaii in 2006.
