Kamalani is a new planned residential community in Kihei. This community is envisioned to encompass approximately 600 homes in three neighborhoods connected with parks; pedestrian and bike paths for jogging, walking and cycling; and a private community center. A number of two- and three-bedroom condominium flats and townhomes in Kamalani’s first neighborhood are currently available for purchase.

KIHEI – Interested Maui homebuyers can get an early preview of residences under construction at the new Kamalani community’s open house, now being offered weekly at the Kamalani project site in Kihei.

Kamalani is introducing onsite open house events every Sunday, weather permitting, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the community’s project site near the intersection of Piilani Highway and Kaiwahine Street.

Interested homebuyers will be able to learn more about the up-and-coming community from the Kamalani sales team, receive information about available residential units and walk a portion of the project site where the first new buildings are presently under construction.

The weekly events are open to interested Maui homebuyers. Youth ages 16 years or older are also welcome to attend if accompanied by an adult.

For safety, all open house attendees must wear covered shoes and long pants in order to walk the site. Additional protective gear will be provided onsite.

Vertical construction of Kamalani’s new condominium homes began earlier this year, and the first homes are scheduled for completion by fall. Each home will include a private fenced yard; a full complement of major appliances; high-speed, broadband Internet access; energy-saving features, including gas energy; and steel frame construction.
