Masters of retail success to share experiences at event
WAIKAPU – Four Maui businesses will share their unique experiences on the road to success at “Masters of Retail Success in Maui-2017,” a Maui Business Brainstormers event, on Wednesday, April 5, from 5 to 8:45 p.m. at the Nahele Room at Kahili Golf Course.
The presenting businesses are Maui Brewing Co. (Garrett Marrero), Ukulele Mele on Maui (Mele Fong), Lost on Lana’i (Bradley Bunn), and Hasegawa General Store (Harry Hasegawa).
They will share how they got enough inspiration to get started, how their big mistakes resulted in new ideas to improve their businesses, fears they had to overcome, how they have beat the odds and trends, how they increase brand visibility and connect with customers, and how they strive to reinvent themselves to stay abreast of the times.
Registration starts at 5 p.m. (mix and mingle), dinner starts at 5:36 p.m., and the first presenting business starts at 6:05 p.m. John Hau’oli Tomoso will serve as emcee.
