LAHAINA – Whalers Realty Inc. has expanded its services to the local Filipino and Chinese speaking communities with the addition of Real Estate Sales Agent Ellie Blanch, who is fluent in Tagalog and Mandarin.

Blanch has 26 years in real estate sales as an agent and broker in both Hawaii and California. She has joined Whalers Realty Inc. to specialize in serving clients looking to buy or sell, particularly in West Maui.

She is also focusing her efforts on introducing smart home construction geared toward energy savings and reducing building costs.

Whalers Realty Inc. has been in business in West Maui for over 40 years and has three locations, including Whalers Village Shopping Center, The Fairway Shops at Kaanapali, and Kaanapali Shores.
