Ohana Fuels partners with nonprofit organizations that serve the needs of the local community and donates a portion of every gallon of gasoline purchased at all the Ohana Fuels stations in that community.

During the months of July through September 2016, a portion of all sales at all Maui Ohana Fuels locations will be donated to Ka Hale A Ke Ola Homeless Resource Centers Inc. Learn more at www.ohanafuels.com.

CEO Monique Yamashita said, “We highly encourage all our family, friends and community supporters to get behind the Ohana Fuels ‘Fuel Up. Do Good’ program and fill up your tank during these summer months at Ohana Fuels. Your generosity will go a long way in assisting Ka Hale A Ke Ola to break the cycle of homelessness on Maui.”

Ka Hale A Ke Ola, known as “The House of Life,” provides emergency shelter, transitional housing, adult education and training, counseling, a primary care medical clinic and facilities for child care.

KHAKO is dedicated to serving the needs of the homeless and hungry on Maui by providing emergency food and housing, voicing their concerns, empowering them to take responsibility for their own lives, and calling on the community to assist in these actions.
