KAHULUI – Social media marketer Danielle Miller recently announced a new training topic, day and time for Miller Media Mastermind, a marketing program that combines the support of a business networking group with the training of a college course – just for women.

Registration is open for the next Miller Media Mastermind starting May 5 at www.mmmsocialmedia.com/mastermind.

Miller Media Mastermind is an eight-week training program designed to help Maui’s growing population of women business owners overcome the fears and frustrations of marketing their business online.

The program is hosted by Miller, a professional social media marketer and EdVenture Maui instructor.

Weekly meetings are a combination of hands-on marketing training and interactive workshops. New for 2016 is the addition of Instagram training and a weekly workshop hour.

The spring meetings will be held on Thursdays from 1 to 4 p.m., May 5 through June 30 (no class on May 19). Six new women will be accepted into the program.

This group is ideal for women business owners looking to take their business to the next level. Students learn how to optimize their website, begin blogging, and set up an e-mail list. Hands-on social media training for using Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram and Twitter teaches students how to build brand exposure and track results.

Miller Media Mastermind’s marketing training program is offered quarterly. The meetings are held in Kahului.

“Based on feedback from the mastermind graduates, the spring session now includes Instagram training and workshop time,” said Miller, founder of Miller Media Management.

“This allows students to take action right away with a pro nearby to answer questions.”
