WAILUKU – The Condominium Council of Maui will hold a seminar, “The Perfect Storm,” on Friday, March 11, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at King Kamehameha Golf Club.

Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. A lunch buffet is included.

Topics to be covered include Hawaii Revised Statutes 514(b) and how it applies to AOAO claims handling; HO6 policies and how they relate to AOAO claims handling; and why and when AOAO/HOA policies cover claims (understanding the bylaws or governing documents).

Speakers will include David Gerlach and Sue Savio of Insurance Associates.
