KAANAPALI – Duke’s Beach House honored Chef Greg Gifford for 25 years with TS Restaurants at a recent Henry Kapono performance.

Chef Greg started his career at TS Restaurants at the Grill and Bar in 1990, moving on to Kimo’s and Leilani’s on the Beach in 1997 and 1998, respectively.

In 2010, he became an invaluable member of the Duke’s Beach House team and continues to enhance the experiences of guests and employees alike.

As an avid runner and dedicated husband and father, Gifford incorporates his healthy lifestyle and his commitment to the community into his work. He is passionate about creating healthy menu items that highlight Maui grown products.

During the performance, Duke’s Beach House and Chef Greg also presented Localicious Maui with a donation of $1,782. Localicious Maui – a program that Gifford strongly believes in – provides support to local agriculture programs, including scholarships to students and farmers.

“We feel so lucky to have Greg Gifford as a part of the TS Restaurants family for the past 25 years,” said Noah Yamada, Duke’s Beach House general manager.

“His positive attitude and true aloha spirit make him a vital team member.”
