HONOKOWAI – Sunny VerMaas, principal broker and co-owner of Maui Paradise Properties, LLC, announced the opening of the company’s second office at the Kaleialoha Resort at 3785 Lower Honoapiilani Road in Honokowai.

John Kevan, R(S), RSPS, co-owner, said that the Kaleialoha Resort office fits into the company’s strategic plan in providing a central location in the heart of the West Maui community. This office will serve as a hub for Maui Paradise Properties’ vacation rental teams to fully service the northwest regions of Honokowai and Kapalua, and MPP real estate agents will have a second location with full office amenities at their disposal.

MPP has also arranged for concierge services with Maui Vacation Adventures through owners Candice Negron and Maria Alvarez. MVA was chosen because of their highly personalized service and “Spirit of Aloha,” Maui Paradise Properties reported.

The Kaleialoha Resort location will serve as a central base for MVA and allow them to service their clients’ needs more efficiently. MVA can assist guests with personal bookings and arrange activities, events and excursions for almost any vacation activity requested by guests. They can coordinate private chef services, lei greetings, beach gear rentals, romance packages, photographers, restaurant reservations and private getaways.
