WEST MAUI – Soroptimist International of West Maui recently inducted its latest member, Julie Meszaros, at the Plantation House Restaurant.

Meszaros and her husband moved to Maui last year, and she joined SIWM last month.

Meszaros serves as director of finance for Porthos Ventures Inc., an Internet wine retailer based in Napa Valley, California. She moved to Maui from Napa, California.

As a new Maui resident, she looks forward to using her years of experience working with non-profits to help fulfill the mission of Soroptomist International – and make new friends along the way!

Her favorite quote is: “Live well, laugh often, love much.”

Soroptimist International of West Maui is part of a global volunteer movement working together to transform the lives of women and girls. There are approximately 80,000 club members in 130 countries and territories working at the local level to educate, empower and enable opportunities for women and girls.
