KAANAPALI – Duke’s Beach House is calling for keiki artists to participate in the restaurant’s fourth annual Keiki Holiday T-Shirt Design Contest.

The winning artist will have his or her design featured on a special Duke’s Beach House keiki holiday T-shirt and receive a $100 restaurant voucher. The school the winning participant attends will also receive a $500 cash prize. Honorable mentions will each be given a $25 promotional voucher valid at Duke’s and will be invited to a pupu party and award ceremony at the restaurant.

Now through Sept. 30, 2015, contestants can enter the contest by mailing their designs along with a completed entry form to: Duke’s Beach House, 130 Kai Malina Parkway, Lahaina, HI 96761. Entries may be submitted as hard copies or as digital files on discs.

“Children have such creative ideas, and it’s wonderful to be able to provide an outlet for their artistic expression through this design contest,” said Logo & Sportswear Manager Lauren Kiek. “We’ve had such wonderful designs submitted by the keiki in our community and look forward to see a child’s artwork become our Duke’s holiday keiki t-shirt!”

Duke’s management will judge all submissions and select the winner and five honorable mentions. The winning design and honorable mentions will be revealed on Monday, Nov. 1, at www.dukesmaui.com and on Duke’s Beach House’s Facebook page, www.facebook.com/DukesBeachHouse.
