New Pilates training center comes to Lahaina
LAHAINA – Body in Balance Pilates and Personal Training Studio last week announced that it has recently become the first and only Peak Pilates Education Center in Hawaii.
“Finally, you don’t have to fly to Oahu to get quality fitness instructor trainings,” said Amanda Furgiuele, owner of Body in Balance.
“Our studio is now the foremost provider of fitness training in the State of Hawaii,” continued Furgiuele. “From AFAA Group Fitness and Personal Training certifications, Lyra and Aerial Silk instructor trainings, YogaFit trainings, SUPilates, and now Peak Pilates, Body in Balance is Hawaii’s leader in health and fitness education for students and instructors.”
A Peak Pilates Education Center is a Pilates studio where Peak Pilates teacher trainings are offered to anyone in the public.
Body in Balance offers instruction and certification in all facets of Pilates, including both mat and equipment. Clients can study Mat Pilates, Pilates Reformer, Cadillac, Arc Barrel, Ladder Barrel, and Chair, as well as advanced techniques in these areas of study, and Pilates for special populations and injuries.
All Peak Pilates trainings are led by master instructors, who are dedicated to representing Peak Pilates education with the upmost integrity and commitment, Furgiuele said.
“I am very excited to be teaming up with Master Instructor Trainer Amie Baca from Pilates on 10th in Seattle,” Furgiuele added. “She’s a fun, dynamic and extremely talented instructor, and we’re super excited to have her working with us!”
Once you’ve decided to become a professional Pilates instructor, seek out Body in Balance. Those who complete Pilates certification courses earn an indispensable hiring tool: the teaching certificate.
The certificate assures the administrators at gyms, clubs, resorts and studios that instructors are competent and well-trained.
“Our company represents the best of the best in the industry,” stated Furgiuele. “We want our students to receive only the absolute best instruction and programs available, and we hold the same standards to our training programs.”
