LAHAINA – The Lahaina Yacht Club Boomvangers will host their third semi-annual gift show in the courtyard at the Pioneer Inn at 658 Wharf St. from noon to 4 p.m. on Sunday, April 26.

The event is free to the public. A portion of the gift show sales help the community through scholarships, the Junior Sailing Program and Keiki Christmas.

In the past, each show has raised nearly $3,000.

The Boomvangers are currently taking reservations for vendors. The cost is $25; a registration form must be completed, and 10 percent of vendor sales will go to help fund Boomvanger programs.

There is a great selection of vendors thus far, from jewelry, pickles and jams and clothing to bath and body products. Be prepared to find some great gifts while supporting West Maui keiki!

By definition, the Boomvangers are the auxiliary group of Lahaina Yacht Club. Activities benefit LYC programs and the local community.

Boomvangers have raised more than $150,000 over the years from the gift show and other activities to benefit the ongoing programs.
