Ann Fitzgerald oversees the Human Resources Department at the Sheraton Maui Resort and Spa.

KAANAPALI – The Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa last week announced the appointment of Ann Fitzgerald as director of human resources.

Fitzgerald will oversee the Human Resources Department at the Sheraton Maui for 378 employees.

“We are thrilled to welcome Ann to the Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa,” said Tets Yamazaki, general manager of the resort.

“Ann brings strong leadership background, a deep knowledge of the hospitality industry as well as proven leadership to the management team. We look forward to her success here at the Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa.”

Fitzgerald has an extensive background in the hospitality industry and human resources, having served as the director of human resources at several properties, including The Ritz-Carlton Club Aspen Highlands, The Little Nell, Hotel Jerome, The St. Regis Aspen and several Sheraton hotels.
