Cici Maui Designs open in Lahaina

Cathrine “Cici” Conarroe opened Cici Maui Designs in the Longhi’s building on Papalaua Street facing Hard Rock Cafe.
LAHAINA – Cathrine “Cici” Conarroe recently opened her own retail store, Cici Maui Designs, in the Longhi’s building at 888 Front St., Suite 3.
Conarroe moved to Hawaii in 1979 after falling in love with the beauty of the islands during a short vacation.
For the past 32 years, she has managed a fine jewelry store on Maui. Conarroe started her own line of jewelry in 2009 when gold costs were increasing, focusing on sterling silver.
“My designs are inspired by the beauty of Hawaii with island themes and simple clean lines that appeal to men and women of all ages,” she explained.
“Touched by breast cancer through loved ones, I designed my courage pendant to inspire hope and donate my proceeds to breast cancer research. When my son, Logan Conarroe, deployed to Iraq, I designed my Military Blessing Pendant and donate my proceeds on this piece to the Wounded Warrior Program.”
In March 2014, her “Rip Curl” wave cuff in sterling silver placed second in the JCK Jeweler’s Choice Awards. The following month, she opened her store in Lahaina.
Her newest design, “Paradise,” features a sunburst, wave and a turtle.
Prices in Conarroe’s collection range from $105 to $595 in sterling silver.
