LAHAINA – Homegrown Maui residents Ryan Cabrera and Audrey Chihara were raised in family environments that stressed a strong work ethic.

So it comes as no surprise that the young couple – engaged to be married this June, raising three-year-old daughter Jayla and already with full-time employment as a Maui County lifeguard and an environmental engineer, respectively – have launched a new business of their own.

With the catchy name thINKprinting LLC, the two have purchased the equipment and parlayed Ryan’s family experience (over 25 years on Maui) in the T-shirt printing business into what they hope will be a profitable enterprise.

“Ryan grew up around the business and has learned so much from his family about printing T-shirts over the years,” said Chihara last week.

“We hope to offer everyone on Maui, and especially people and organizations like sports teams and schools here on the West Side, the opportunity to get customized shirts at a reasonably low price,” she continued.

“And, we’re located in Lahaina, so you won’t have to drive to the other side to pick up your order, and we will offer free delivery service anywhere on Maui.”
