‘Pure Pleasure’ benefit set
KAANAPALI – The Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas invites visitors and residents to join in “Pure Pleasure,” a night of fanciful fun and style to benefit local charities, on Wednesday, May 29, from 6 to 9 p.m.
Organized for the third year at Pulehu, an Italian Grill, the event will kick off with a delightful fashion show featuring celebrity designer Maggie Coulombe. Designing off the beaten path in Maui, Coulombe plans to surprise attendees with a special themed fashion evening.
Each attendee will receive a complimentary beverage and a Westin goodie bag with Spa Helani’s signature Hualani products, special discounts and opportunities to enjoy prize giveaways.
In addition to the fashion show, Deejay Mackie Mac from A-List Entertainment will spice up the evening with hot music favorites. There will also be red carpet photo opportunities with Maui’s finest, a live auction of designed T-shirts and Pure Pucker station with a chance to win a spa service at the resort’s Spa Helani, a Heavenly Spa by Westin. Social media fans will also enjoy the opportunity to experience the resort’s new iSnap photo corner, “hashtagging” the event as #purehawaii.
Resort Executive Sous Chef Wes Holder will present delicious appetizers throughout the evening. Open to adults 21 years and older, tickets are priced at $50 per person for the evening. Parents who plan to join in the celebrations can arrange to leave their children (ages 5 to 12 only) at the resort’s Keiki Night Camp from 6 to 10 p.m. Charges apply and include dinner.
