Lahaina Custom Guitars moves to new location

LAHAINA – On Sunday, Feb. 10, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Lahaina Custom Guitars & Repairs will hold a grand opening celebration at its new location at 808 Wainee St., Suite 101, next to Radio Shack.

Lahaina Custom Guitars has been open for six years at Anchor Square and now has moved into a bigger location.

The parking lot will be closed to traffic for live music featuring Lahaina’s own Willie K (Kahaialii), store owner Avi Ronen and Jerry Byers. Indio & Avi will also perform.

The store will have a silent auction for several instruments, along with a raffle to win an Oscar Schmidt Tenor Ukulele. Raffle tickets are $5; all proceeds will go to Hospice Maui.

Tickets are available now and up to the drawing that will take place on Feb. 10 at 2 p.m. Entrants must be present to win.
