“Discover the Skill to Achieve Success in your Business” with Mike Kern will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 18.

If you’re currently unsure of how to quickly grow your business, stuck because of analysis paralysis, frustrated because you’ve bought lots of marketing information (but your results haven’t improved), struggle with a lack of motivation or battling perfectionism, make it a point to attend this free workshop by Kern.

He provides assistance to businesses on Maui through his volunteer speaking engagements and workshops. Through the years, he has owned many businesses in multiple industries, usually selling to larger corporations or completing an IPO. His specialty is business finance, marketing and sales, and operations.

“Creating Harmony in the Workplace” with Stan Dokmanus is set for Wednesday, Dec. 19. Interpersonal skills, as well as beliefs, thoughts and values, often conflict at work. This can affect your bottom line.

Being able to control one’s mental state can improve personal and business outcomes. Attendees will learn mental control skills, together with a method to change limiting and painful beliefs.

Dokmanus has worked for a nonprofit on Maui for six years as a substance abuse counselor. He is aware of the problems that drugs create for families and businesses. Attendees will also learn about techniques that can be solutions for the drug situation on Maui.

The Maui Business Brainstormers’ monthly meeting will be held on Monday, Dec. 17, from 11:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. All are welcome.

Meet other business owners and managers, share and learn with thought-provoking questions, answers and coaching! Bring your business challenges to the meeting. Register via www.meetup.com/MauiBusinessBrainstormers.
