Lazatin

WAILUKU – Kaiser Permanente Hawaii last week announced an expansion of its medical team on Maui with the addition of Dr. Bien Lazatin, a family medicine physician.

He joins more than 500 physicians and providers of the Hawaii Permanente Medical Group (HPMG), the state’s largest multi-specialty medical group that provides comprehensive care to Kaiser Permanente’s 227,000-plus members.

Dr. Lazatin earned his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He completed his residency in family medicine at Georgetown University, Providence Hospital in Washington, D.C.

Dr. Lazatin is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is practicing at Kaiser Permanente’s Maui Lani Clinic.
